What to do with stopped services?

If you go to the server manager, then there periodically appear errors caused by stopping services that have automatic start.

It doesn't cause me any inconvenience . Is this
a problem at all? Or Windows as an androyd can disable or enable unused services? Should something be done about this? The zabbix monitoring system also considers this a problem.
