How do I approve WSUS updates?

The WSUS Windows 2012 update server is used.
All used computers and servers are in the same common group.
The installed operating systems are different and the software too: win XP, win7, win8, win2008, win2012.
Can I approve all updates to a shared group?

It is best to do by groups Windows 7,8.1,10 (1607,1703,1709,1803,1903) servers separately, it will be easier. You create a group and add a PC to it, then manually do the approval of updates.
