Turn on Snap ( S ) and drag the end of the audio clip in the usual way while holding down the left mouse button. It may not be necessary to enable Snap, but it worked for me, and Snap was always on.
In general, moving along the boundaries of a selected clip is Shift+End and Shift+Home .
