How many times I didn’t rack my brains and couldn’t find it - Hotkey for setting a keyframe in the effects window?
Well, that is, you need to bind any key to install the keyframe. As I understand it, the premiere either does not have such an opportunity, or everything is very complicated and the biggest difficulty is that in order to hang these same keyframes in the effects window (or at least on the timeline at worst), the premiere needs to understand which effect and which one it is parameter you want to insert a keyframe.

The hotkey is bound in the menu, searched for the word "keyframe", called "add/remove video keyframe", not installed by default. The target effect for keyframes is set\changed via RMB on the clip in the timeline -> show clip keyframes, the desired effect is selected there.
