How to get CMD-B hotkey back on macOS?

Installed the Enpass extension in Chrome. Assigned a hotkey for filling CMD-B passwords. After - I remembered that the same hotkey would highlight the text. I changed the hotkey in Enpass, but the text is not highlighted in bold.
The problem is present at the system level, i.e. and in other applications.
I reset the hotkey settings in the keyboard settings - that didn't help either.
