Deep cleaning Mac OS?

Hello!
I have been sitting on a poppy for six months now, today the following question arose, does this OS have a registry in Windows?
which one needs to be cleaned? And are the deleted files stored somewhere so that they can then be restored? If yes, what is the best way to clean it?

For 5 years I have been transferring Mac OS to the 3rd laptop with the preservation of all data.
It's not WIN to do any cleaning!
And programs like CleanMyMac only make a botnet out of your PC)

The most popular program seems to be CleanMyMac. But you need to be careful with it, in some modes it cleans so that even some components may stop working. Google the reviews.

One free program is enough: OnyX.
And Klinomak is one big virus. Promoted wherever possible. Something like Casper.

There is no point in these purges, these are not windows.
It is better not to clean it in any way, especially if everything works, after cleaning it may stop working.
You can recover from timemachine.

The equivalent of the Windows registry on OS X is defaults. Only it is arranged quite differently and does not need to be cleaned.
To remove applications along with temporary files and other junk from folders like Application Support, I advise you to use the AppCleaner application .
Deleted files are actually deleted after emptying the recycle bin, and before that they can simply be stored in a hidden folder. There is nothing to clean here.
