Why doesn't Premiere 18/19 see Cuda?

I install 18 or 19 primes, I export the video, it doesn't matter the encoder or through the prime - rendering through kudu does not work. On a laptop with 840m, the same prime minister uses an Nvidia chip, on a desktop PC with a 660 GTX, he does not want to.
