How not to run wild as a freelancer?

how to learn to work independently?
when you work in the office, the atmosphere itself is conducive - people working around, a large room that is anchored to work by the brain, clattering keyboards of employees, even the moment when you were asked something and you were distracted to help something - it constantly feeds you
how to achieve this the same productivity alone (work remotely, or part-time work in the evening)
share secrets
sometimes boring things that can be done in an hour are stretched for reasons I don’t understand by 2, this is normal for the office, but not for freelance

And I think that working from home is more productive. You don't spend hours on the road, which is already a huge plus. And the road is still exhausting. I'm an introvert, I'm not comfortable with people, but at home I feel good)

Coworking.
It is impossible to work at home, even if you live alone. Checked multiple times. The brain needs the command "I'm going to work, I'll work there." When you are at home, there is no switching, you are at home .

I have an office at home, so to speak, where there is a computer and nothing else, the door closes everything.
But when I go to the office for 3-4 hours, I do more there than at home for the whole day (although there are two or three of us maximum in the office), but as you say, the atmosphere itself is that someone is also doing something near you
At home, watching what motivating (informative) webinar (or just a vidos), or a master class for half an hour, somehow charges immediately (I mean in web design) or some kind of design review, or something like that)

It is necessary that the work is always interesting and well paid. Then it will half solve the problem of motivation. The other half is self-discipline that takes years to train.
The atmosphere is also very important. The worst thing is working from home. Everything will be distracted. The ability to work in the office is much higher, even if you live alone.
Proper rest and planning of the working day. After any major break, it's hard to get back into rhythm. Especially if you are a freelancer and can afford to go somewhere in the middle of the day for a couple of hours.

It’s probably for someone, but I’m much more productive at home. In the office, someone constantly distracts, either in the messenger, or in person, and okay if it’s for work.
Some stories are poisoning, others are laughing. PMs are constantly updating statuses.
And there are also unofficial chats where they discuss who goes where to have lunch and drink beer on Friday) I
was distracted for 10 seconds and flew out of the flow state.

I think if there is enough work, it is interesting, and the payment comes on time, then everything should be okay. In the office, I will not say that the atmosphere is direct. For some reason, it seems to everyone that if you sit and hit the keys for 8 hours, then you are obviously working. If not, that's it, the end of the world.

No way. Man is so arranged - he is constantly looking for a way to save energy.
Either some kind of goal-setting helps a little, for example, I want to save up for a new car, so we’ll go from here until Monday, or a job / project that is straight forward. But if there is no need to collect money or work is a continuous routine, then nothing will help. Go to the office.

I also noticed that the brain needs an example in order to work, it is to see that someone is working nearby, I think there is nothing more on a psychological level. If you specifically do even what you like at work, you will definitely do it, at home you are more relaxing than working.

I have the opposite. In the office, you constantly drink coffee / tea, then someone distracted you, then some conversations, calls, meetings, events. Really hard to concentrate. And what can be done in a week happens in a month. So it seems to depend on the person. If you are more productive in the office, go to the office to work; if not, then work at home.

Part-time job in the evening with the same productivity after work? It's fantastic.
What secrets are you waiting for? A question of motivation. If you can afford to fool around and you don’t burn anywhere from it, there will be no efficiency ...
