How many subnets can be in 1 VLAN?

They sent a system configuration where it is indicated that 1 cluster interfaces belong to the 10.101.11.0/24 subnet and other cluster interfaces belong to the 192.168.10.0/24 subnet, while it is indicated that they are both in 1 VLAN.
That is:
10.101.11.0/24 VLAN1
192.168.10.0/24 VLAN1

Is this even possible? Isn't 1 network - 1 VLAN?

Obvious bungling with burglary. It is not clear why, if there is a VLAN, to hang two addresses on the interface.

@Wexter

Both VLAN1 can belong to two physical networks that are not connected in any way
