How to organize the work of the network, having 2 sources?

Tell me if there are routers with a suitable capability - we have 2 sources of connection to the network (modem and ethernet cable from the provider). The provider periodically falls off, it is necessary that if the network is unavailable, it automatically switches to the modem.
Please advise how to arrange this.

Many routers have the ability to implement failover for uplinks. Starting from soho keenetic and mikrotik (for microts, read the article - https://habr.com/en/post/244385/ ), ending with cisco and juniper. In most cases, it all comes down to setting up two default routes and assigning different priorities to them + some kind of mechanism for tracking the fall of a higher priority route. the specific implementation depends on the specific equipment and how you connect to providers.

If it's easier for you - look towards kinetics
If more competently - towards mikrotik
