Where can I get an American IP for a Hetzner server?

Colleagues, hello!
There are virtual machines on Hetzner, you need to release a couple of virtual machines to the world completely through the American IP.

The idea was this: rent a VPS somewhere in America, install RouterOS there, and turn traffic through a similar VM with RouterOS on Hetzner.
Questions:
1) How viable and optimal is this scheme? Can you suggest an alternative?
2) from whom would you recommend renting a stable VPS that will not be banned for working as a VPN or a router? (I heard that many people do not).

VPN in browsers is not suitable, there are nuances with other software!!!!

why vpn, you can just pick up
proxies through ssh tooling, etc., etc., in general, in Linux, there are options to melt.
so does the hatzner have bourgeois virtual machines to take a steam bath?
if you need a proxy for the browser, then stupidly put dante, and fix all 3 lines there

Just put a wireguard server on debian-ubuntu and wrap traffic from virtual machines there. 20 minutes business. And work as a vpn is not limited by almost all the more or less average market value of vps.
