There are several options:
1. For each vlan, configure a separate vpls from the provider side and coordinate each vlan with them. And from your side there will be a normal trunk.
2. There must be q-in-q from the provider side. You need to configure it once, you do not need to coordinate vlans with the provider, and adding a new vlan will occur without the intervention of the provider. From your side it will be a normal trunk.
3. Maybe they came up with something else, call the provider and tell about your Wishlist.
PS I'm leaning towards option 3.
