How is the traffic going?

Tell me software to view the entire traffic movement from point A to B.
A bunch is used.
1. Ubuntu machine with VPN.
2. On a VirtualBox machine with WinOS. There TOR
3. From this machine there is a connection to another VPN.
It turns out a router - VPN - TOR - VPN.
It is interesting to see how traffic is going, is there monitoring software?

No, it is impossible to see the VPN route from a machine with tor, because from her point of view, it will be one hop, it is impossible to see the tor route from the VPN machine, i.e. information must be taken from different places.

You won't see the torus without dumps. At least without dumps from the exit node. It's like a tunnel or an internal provider network - intermediate communication nodes are not visible
