In Belarus, the external communication channel is blocked. Occasionally it is possible to get into the Internet only through psiphon, but this very often does not work. At the same time, film search and other video services (except youtube) can be easily opened.

Please tell me how to bypass this blocking in the best way? I tried about two dozen different vpn applications / extensions - it does not help.
From useful information, I can see that:
- Mail from a site from the Russian Federation works, but the site itself does not work
- Successful ping goes to all resources from abroad, but they are at the same time do not open
- When trying to connect to the site, chrome most often says that the response timeout has been exceeded, or the server did not send information

VPN abroad RB passes? Judging by the description, there is a hard blocking of exactly http/https ports, or if DPI is working - http/https traffic. If other ports are not blocked, you need to organize a VPN at any site outside the Republic of Belarus.
Google VPNs will not work - you need to build your own - and hang it on an arbitrary port. strongswan has a client for android, the server part is deployed on linux on a VPS, you can also add a proxy there to speed up.
