How to install OpenVPN server on DIR-620 D1?

There is a smartphone with a Yota SIM card, which is often used as a modem for a PC. The operator does not allow distributing the Internet from the phone to other devices for free; to control this, he has a filter for web addresses that the phone should not "walk" in principle. One option to bypass this system is to use a VPN. When looking at VPN prices, I remembered that my friends have a router that works around the clock, has much faster internet and a so-called "white" IP.
Can I somehow put an OpenVPN server on this router? Tried to google it but it's too hard. It is possible the detailed answer with explanations "for stupid" (me).
Router - DIR-620 D1 (aka DIR-620/B/D1).

1. First you need to have a VPN server on the WAN on your friends' router
(not all routers can do this) 2. You will need to connect to your friends, and not vice versa.
3. As far as I know, Yota determines traffic by TTL, not by sites. You can try to change.
