How to create an Open VPN network?

Good day friends, I have been banging my head against the wall with Open VPN for a week now, my boss set the task for all office workers to work with RDP via VPN, I have been experimenting with different clients for a long time, but to no avail.
With OpenVPN, they already helped me somehow here, I made a user server certificate, but it didn’t get further than the server where the OPENVPN server is located, but you also need to shove virtual machines (Hyper-V) and a simple terminal server into the available servers, about the web server for now I am silent ....
And so, what I have from the equipment is
Zyxel Keneetic Omni 2 (Internet router)
Server 1 (it also has an OPEN VPN server and Hyper-V)
Server 2 (terminal server)
Server 3 (Web)
I have a network of 192.168. 6.0\255.255.255.0
how to set everything up so that the OpenVPN client sees all services when connected and connects to everything.

You can add a route to your grid by pushing it in the server's avpn config. Forward a port on the gateway to vpnsevrer from outside

You can set up a PPTP server on your router. Not as hardcore as with OpenVPN, but still. In general, as mentioned above - add a route to your network.
Didn't get it, in the sense that the clients didn't connect or didn't see the remote network?
If the client didn't connect, it's a matter of your OpenVPN server's configuration.
If they do connect and the OpenVPN server pings to the local address, add a route on the client like route –p add 192.168.6.0 mask 255.255.255.0 [Internal_IP_VPN_server] METRIC [number_depending_on_whether_you_need_to_use_remote_gateway_or_not_to_use_remote_gateway_or_not_to_use_remote_gateway_or_not ping to an IP address on a remote network from the client side. If it doesn't work, check the firewall settings on the client and server sides. Also, look at the firewall settings on the router.
And yes, as already noted, forward the port to the OpenVPN server on the router.

Alexander , I connect as a client, there is no ping to real ip, there is one that the server assigned to itself. Alexander, if you want to earn extra money, write to me by mail.
