How to set up openvpn between 2 routers?

Please help me figure out how to set up openvpn based on 2 routers with openwrt.
openvpn itself is configured, the client successfully connects to the server.
After connecting with R1, the ping successfully goes to 192.168.11.1.
Also, pings successfully pass from R1 to 192.168.11.4.
But it is not possible to ping network 192.168.10.0/24 from R1, by analogy, the same problem with R2 to network 192.168.1.0/24
Initial data:
R1 - ip 1.1.1.1 (openvpn client)
R2 - ip 2.2.2.2 (openvpn server)
R1 - ip tap0 192.168.11.4
R2 - ip tap0 192.168.11.1
lan R1 192.168.1.0/24
lan R2 192.168.10.0/24
open vpn net -
192.168.11.0/24 192.168.1.0/24 could communicate with each other.
