How to make local network routing in vpn network to which Win2012 remote server is connected?

There is a local network (192.168.0.0) with Internet access
There is a remote server in the data center with win 2012 (5.5.5.5) on which the openvpn client is enabled connected to the vpn server (network 10.1.0.0)
Question: how to make routing from the local network to vpn network through remote server?
Those. I registered a route in the local network: route add 10.1.0.0 mask 255.255.255.0 5.5.5.5
but this is not enough, is it? it is necessary to teach 5.5.5.5 packets that come to it to be sent to the vpn channel?
Google says that you need to raise RRAS, but all the manuals refer to the case when the RRAS server is on a local network with computers, I could not figure out about the remote RRAS server ...
I would be happy to help!

I implemented it like this, on my side, for example, 192.168.0.0, Win2012 * serv1 with RRAS is installed and VPN is raised to a remote server, for example, 192.168.1.0 Win2012 * serv2 with RRAS, in turn, VPN is raised from serv2 to serv1. It turns out for normal data exchange it is necessary to raise vpn in both directions.
And enable the static rule: 5c3dad8f1e654e759c28ed4e7995873b.png
The other end doesn't have to be win2012serv , I've had experience setting up a zuxel.
