How to see local area via pptp vpn on mikrotik?

Raised according to the manuals from the Internet vpn pptp on miktotic. The Windows client connects successfully, computers on the local network ping via IP, and you can also access shares opened on them via IP. But the computers do not respond by name and the network environment is empty. I would like to see the network environment and go to open balls by computer names. I will be grateful for advice.

You don't have to try anything there... Everything works fine even from the simplest PPtP
In the client settings, you need to disable the use of the default gateway in the remote network.
In the bridge settings on Mikrotik, specify the Proxy Arp value in the Arp field.
If there is a domain behind the vpn, then in the vpn connection settings, in the IPv4 properties - Advanced - DNS, you must specify your domain in the "Append DNS connection suffix" field

You can, of course, try to push the pptp client into the bridge via BCP (configured in PPP-Profile-yourProfile-bridge). But this is curvature on crutches. If you need a full-fledged l2 - turn OpenVPN in tap mode (more difficult, but it works).

the first option you need a single broodcast domain, but it won’t work as a client from Windows.
the second option is WINS server
