Set up DNS and default gateway in Windows settings.

Some sites are blocked by the ISP. As the simplest example, the same site containing erotic content works differently for different providers. One provider will allow you to download, the other only through VPN. This can be applied to different sites, I have some translation studios that open as a series, some do not, on another provider - there are no problems.
