How to create a "local" network between remote PCs?
Need advice on creating a "local" network between remote computers
I have
1 VPS on Debian
3 PC on Windows 10
On 2 PCs, the server part of the program is installed, on the third, the client program that connects to work with the database.
PCs are located in different parts of the city, and there is no physical possibility to create a LAN between them. Previously, I used RadminVPN, with the help of which I connected all 3 PCs to 1 network and using the IP that RadminVPN issued, connected to the database and worked with it. But right now it doesn't work for me.
I have a VPS on Debian, I'm interested in using which you can combine 3 PCs into 1 network in order to have IP access from one PC to another.
Thank you all in advance for your advice

Raise a vpn server on one of the PCs (probably easier on a VPS)
The rest of the PCs connect to it as a client.
set up routes)
Install an openvpn server on debian. On Windows, also install openvpn, but the client. Don!
PS. If it is not clear with Windows, then here for example - https://thesafety.us/ru/vpn-setup-openvpn-windows10
Yes, there are clients even for android, and for poppy too.
As a server essno VPS. All three computers are connected to VPS via VPN (options at least #opy chew, how to organize). In fact, we have an analogue of a router with three subnets. Depending on the VPN technology, routing configuration may or may not be required.
This can be said to be a classic VPN application :)
Do the routers support IPSec? This will be the easiest to set up and reliable option for networking.
