Hello. As in the bpmn notation, it is indicated if the process is not performed by a person, but automatically. That is, what to write instead of "Position 1" if the process is performed automatically on the servers.

Ничего не писать. В том смысле, что ход мыслей неверный.
Пул (pool) - эти самые горизонтальные "дорожки" это зона ответственности. Если ответственный за ход работы Слесарь, то принципы работы его электрооборудования тут непричём.
