Amazon web services cost?
Good day.
Description of the problem:
At the stage of writing a business plan, the issue of infrastructure costs arose. In general, the choice has already been made, and it fell on amazon web services. However, it is not very clear what the cost per month will be, even if it is approximate.
The goal is simple - scalability.
We have - we need a server for static content and a server for processing requests and storing the database. - php+mysql, perhaps this is important.
What I would like to know: It would be
best if a specialist with experience working with amazon would tell you how much came out at what load.
I would like to know the opinion of experts - how much traffic a user consumes on average when viewing a news feed of a web resource of average popularity.
It should be taken into account that the resource, with positive forecasts, is developing, i.e. how much increase in costs to expect.
Summing up - what to write in a business plan?
Thank you for your time.

We must immediately take into account that clouds are many times more expensive than conventional servers, and we also need to take into account that Amazon is practically the most expensive cloud.
Amazon has a great calculator to work out.
calculator.s3.amazonaws.com/calc5.html
Cost per month for a sane project is about $1,000.
I have already mentioned the calculator.
I want to make a remark that if you buy servers for 3 years in reserve, then the price drops by more than 2 times, which makes Amazon an inexpensive one. I reserve servers for 3 years and beyond. I pay $40 a month for $120 without a reserve. But this only applies to EC2. There are no reservations for other services.
On the other hand, as a rule, computing power is the main cost in most cases.
The main question is what kind of load to expect. It is clear that you can estimate on a calculator, but I would not really like to take the amount of traffic and content uploaded to s3 completely out of my head.
Thank you!
