Is AWS/Azure suitable for email marketing services?

It is supposed to create a small mvp like mailchimp. Is aws/azure suitable for this type of service, or will their broken mail limit quickly turn off the mailing list?

In many spam lists, the AWS address pool is banned, I think the same is true for Azure.
