Download files from Amazon s3?

Hello guys, I'm a beginner in Amazon, I can't do the simplest thing, I can't connect to my branch, I gave full permissions and public ones, my site calmly uploads and uploads data there.
I need to download data to upload to another location, I try to do it through WinSCP but I keep getting errors.
I used to connect the same way and everything was fine, now for some reason I can’t, I forgot how it’s done since I connected a year ago and downloaded my folder.
Can you please tell me what information I need to enter in order to connect? I just haven't tried it.

try another client: CyberDuck (under Windows, Mac)
To access S3, you will most likely need a key (character set) and a bucket address/name.
