AWS Not Responding to Network Requests?

Hello. I recently launched an ubuntu virtual machine on AWS, it has an ip-address 3.133.45.98 in its settings, something like this. Installed nginx, works fine on port 80. But when I make a request for the instance's ip (3.133.45.98 ), it doesn't respond at all. What can be wrong?
firewall disabled

Check security group. There is a typical suspicion that the ip is public, but this one does not look like a private
one. If everything is in order, we will think further.
