How important is the quality of the HDMI conductor?

Good afternoon,
There is a computer with two HDMI outputs, two monitors are connected, the picture quality hurts the eyes, the text is difficult to read.
If you connect the monitor with a DVI cable via an HDMI-DVI adapter, there is no such problem.
Therefore, I came to the conclusion that the cable is not the best, can it be so, or have I missed something?
UPD:
Monitor model: HP Pavilion 22xi, 21.5"
Video card: Sapphire RADEON R7 240 LP with Boost (RTL) DualHDMI

hdmi is a digital standard, it cannot add interference, if there is no picture problem with the cable at all, or it will be strewed with "squares", the quality should not be affected

@Spetros

In fact, HDMI is a digital interface and the picture does not depend on the quality of the cable.
Connect any of the 2 monitors? Any of the 2 hdmi cables?

Are there two monitors connected
or am I missing something?

You missed your monitor models.
