Now we have films on some TVs in our beauty center in the offices that we previously uploaded to the server (the computer is in the basement, the TVs are connected via hdmi) + every 25 minutes an advertisement of our center is turned on (also in the form of a video, various commercials) .
Every night, a playlist is formed for the next day, the films are scattered in a chaotic manner, and the broadcast starts again.
All the TVs are playing the same thing, you can’t switch anything
We want to make it so that:
in each office, the client can choose what to watch
- domestic films - films
about nature
travel films
and any other destinations that we want (that is, ourselves download and sort movies)
That is, you can open some kind of beautiful menu, the client selects the one you need, films from this direction are included. And the client should also be able to switch the film himself.
That is, so that there is no relationship with the fact that everything is the same everywhere, and everyone watched in each office only what he wants
. Is it possible to implement this and what is needed for this? where to apply?

0. Let's start with the legal side of the matter - illegal broadcasting can be expensive
1. Normal sorting of films by given tags - you have to look. For "domestic" they may not be at all
2. On the technical side - there is nothing complicated

Connect the iptv set-top box to the TV (maybe it already has a built-in one), rj45 from the server through the switcher, throw the cord to each set-top box, launch several multicast channels on the server using the same VLC, on set-top boxes, set the channels to different multicast groups.
