How harmful are static discharges to the outer periphery?
I use macbook firmware 15 and after the purchase I noticed that the laptop, when in contact with it (when it is charging), sometimes shocks. I didn’t particularly attach any importance to this until I started using external peripherals (monitor, headphones), but now each such blow is accompanied by a short-term attenuation of the monitor and crackling in the headphones. The question is: how harmful are static shocks to external electronics connected to a laptop?

statics for electronics - the first killer
read your laptop faints every time, a spark is thousands of volts of voltage (statics of course very low currents) they always have a bad effect on thin electronics.
ps Do you have a metal laptop case? when is it charging? grounding and static will not save the situation, of course
, in the socket at the charger to the 220 network, two contacts or three? if there are three contacts, then hurry up so that the socket is connected to the ground and not fun in the air.
There is a practice of zeroing, i.e. connecting the ground to the neutral wire (in houses with two contacts this is done in the shield), but this is a bad practice, moreover, it is even worse if you do it in the outlet itself, you must correctly lead the ground to each outlet ...
