High quality 27 inch monitor. I need with IPS (all varieties) or PLS matrix. What monitor would you recommend to buy?

I do not consider TN matrices at all. A monitor is needed for everything:
1. Programming
2. Games
3. Movies
I'm not a super fan of games and I'm not fanatic about response time, but I would like a monitor that would be comfortable to play the same Battlefield 4, for example. That is, no blurring with sudden movements. I think a matrix with 4 - 6 ms GTG will do just fine. If I'm wrong, then write, it will be interesting to know what's what.
The screen resolution is 1920x1080, because the same 4K does not make sense on a 27-inch monitor. Or it does if I set it to 4K resolution and 200% zoom in Windows. But not all programs support this increase, for example, I read reviews that Viber remains very small. I do not use it, but there are probably more such softwares. You can’t play games normally at this resolution, you have to install FullHD. In general, it makes no sense.
Price, preferably no more than 30,000, but not necessarily.

PLS is only Samsung.
The best of the relatively affordable IPS is the Dell UltraSharp series (there are cheaper models in this series and, conversely, there are better models in the same series).

pay attention to 29 inch wide monitors...maybe you will like it...when I chose it a year ago, I have no regrets.
29" Monitor LG 29UM57-P black - I'm quite happy with this)
29" Monitor LG 29UM67-P black, etc., etc. there are other companies but already under 30k and above,
well, just as an option
