Which monitor to choose for 10-12k rubles in 2018?

Good day to all! Decided to purchase a new monitor price range 0 to 12k rubles.
Basic tasks, working with graphics (Ae, Ps), playing games, watching videos.
Diagonal 23-24 (FullHD)
There are a lot of options, I would like to hear some specific recommendations for a particular model, I don’t want to miss the choice :)
So far the choice has fallen on:

Buying a monitor is purely subjective. you have to look at it , it will still depend on how / where you sit, what kind of light, what angles, what distance, etc.

I would take 32-34' inches, two full windows side by side are very convenient. 2k there is such lg, a little more expensive but not much
