How do you store memos, interesting snippets, sample configs?

I can’t stop with a choice yet, something lies in the project repositories, something in Evernote. Part of it is stored in gists on Github. But all this is somehow not very good.
I want something with easy navigation, search and viewing that supports syntax highlighting, and editing without unnecessary gestures.

More or less I use nimbus.everhelper.me for myself.
For me, a big plus is that there is a nimbus clipper in the form of a browser plugin, with which you can save a piece with styles from any page, or the entire page.

For poppy, there is a tool that solves this problem radically and finally https://kapeli.com/dash , for windows, from decent snippet managers, only the service https://app.gistboxapp.com/ was found, which organizes convenient access and navigation according to gists on github.

In gist, and in the cloud mega. In the cloud, it's just sorted into folders.
