How do you like the line of dedicated DELL servers from Hetzner for virtualization?

Hetzner has DELL PowerEdge™ R720 branded servers.

Does anyone have experience using them under an ESXi HA "cluster" with, say, Virtual SAN, or similar solutions with XenServer?
To what extent are hetzner services suitable for such purposes?

can not see the list of compatible equipment for esxi ?

There is no hitch yet, I just want to know if someone has experience in building such a config for this hoster. Maybe there are subtleties.
