Why doesn't megaraid storage manager rebuild RAID 10?

Good day.
There is a MegaRAID SAS 9361-4i controller and RAID 10 is organized on a new server, I decided to test the disks falling off and did the following:
1. Pulled out one disk.
2. I saw in MegaRAID Store Manager v16.02.00.04 that it fell off.
3. I inserted the disk back, I saw in the same utility that it appeared.
4. Did something to make the disk appear in Unconfigured Drives.
5. I click Make Drive Online so that it can be restored to our raid and I get an Operation Failed : ErrorCode = 0x4 error. Screenshot attached

Start Rebuild gives the same error. in Manage Show Progress is Patrol Read
Please help to restore the RAID.
The server is running vmware esxi 6. The hard ones are visible on the screenshots.
