Where can I download and how to install VMware Tools for mac os Yosemite?

VMware Tools is installed from the VMware menu, it is of little use, Os in a virtual machine will not work much better, 3d support will not appear, it will be easier for you to download a ready-made image for VMware with the desired version of osx.
