Can I create a VLAN on my network segment?

I would like to implement what is in the photo below (so that the virtual machines are on the same subnet and can ping each other), but after reading the information I realized that in the existing LAN the virtual machine can be considered a separate host when the "Network Bridge" is connected, but in this case IP the addresses will be the same, or rather, both physical hosts and virtual ones will be on the same subnet.
What network setup is possible that would allow something like this to be implemented? And what are the nuances. Thank you.

There are 4 virtual network options in VMWare
1. Bridge - the virtual machine connects directly to the LAN like a normal machine (all addressing will be the same as in the LAN or custom)
2. NAT - the virtual machine connects through a virtual router (allows you to change routing while leaving access to the network)
3. Node - a network between virtual machines and a host system (own routing, with the ability to connect a host system)
4. Virtual - a network only between virtual machines of a given host (18 networks are available in workstation)
Your option is to connect through a bridge and there will be virtual machines in your LAN

VPN will help. It is possible both in the guest OS and in the main one.
There are many nuances. For example, you need to be able to configure routes.

In your version, virtual machines can only be combined by connecting them to a common network.
Install a network bridge, they, like the PC host, will receive settings from the router and will be on the
same
network
