Worked in this company for 5 years as a system administrator. Then he quit. After 2 years, they called again and have already worked for them for 2 years. I want to increase my salary) I made a list of what I did for the company, what initiatives I took, but then I thought that these are all the usual duties of an administrator in any company.
Offhand, I made a list:
For two years, the total equipment downtime was no more than 1%;
Monitoring Zabbix network and equipment;
Automation of servers with UPSs;
Documenting everything in MediaWiki;
The second Internet channel on the second Cisco + 2 DMVPN;
Budget savings by finding the necessary equipment for the most part in China;
And in general, there is not a single problem that could not be solved.
Therefore, I have a vague idea with what trump cards to go to the leadership.

Look for another job with higher pay. When you find it, come with this argument to the management for a raise with an amount higher than the one you found. If they don't agree, go to a new place.

this is a market, supply and demand make sense here -> if you are the right specialist, you are invited to other companies, they make some offers, you approach the management with these offers and discuss whether they are ready to save you by interrupting someone else’s offer or not, no, no, no, you go to others, you DO NOT ASK for anything from anyone, and you do not substantiate anything to anyone. Stupid market.

That's right: your list is just job duties and nothing more. These are sometimes written in the resume (which, of course, is erroneous). The problem is that this is not a reason to increase your salary.
We need to look at this from a slightly different angle. Just answer the question: how did what you did help the company increase profits and / or reduce costs. It is desirable to quantify. For example, "saved N hundreds of thousands of dollars by purchasing equipment from Uncle Liao; in the future it's blah blah blah ..." or there "automated something that saved N man-hours and about K money."
Well, in general, try to do everything in the future, taking into account the impact on the business. Of course, if you want to somehow grow career and financially.
A more primitive option with a job offer from another company also works. But, most often up to a certain limit. Of course, you can jump between companies for a salary increase of 10-20k rubles, but this does not look serious in the future.
