Is it possible to conduct a full-fledged activity under a pseudonym?

Freelancing under an assumed name. I have a portfolio on Dribbble and Behance also under a pseudonym.
So far, I have not had experience working with serious customers, but in the future, of course, I would like to. I wonder if there will be any difficulties when applying for a full-time job in any company if I am known for my activities under a false name? And yet, are you aware of precedents when customers avoided performers hiding their passport data?

For one-time small orders, it’s not a problem, but in the case of a big “case”, you need to know who to come to and knock on the head))

Can. There are precedents, and not in the singular.
If working for full time implies a contract, social package, officiality, etc., then of course - nothing. And if you just close tasks in redmine in a freelance format (albeit full-time), then your name has practically no meaning.
