Where to look for socially significant work?

I would like to work not only for the sake of money, but also for the mission of the company to be consistent with the values. Something socially useful, meaningful. On hh I don't like the options. Casinos, Banks, b2b it is not clear what exactly to do and for whom. Maybe there are special sites for such purposes?

You can work as a volunteer. At the NCO. There will be no money, but there will be more than enough social significance.
I’ll tell you a little secret - it’s not easy to find a company for the soul. And not all people have such places.

Banks and B2B are all very socially important organizations. It is not at all clear to B2B what questions are - they work for organizations, and organizations may well be socially significant.
Well, banks are generally almost charity. A super regulated industry in which a step to the left, a step to the right - and goodbye license. Banks provide acquiring (also B2B), loans, mortgages, payment systems, transfers, investments - everything for the people.

There are no special sites.
Look for those companies that you consider socially significant and offer them your candidacy.
In general, there is a feeling that you either need to work in the communist party (you don’t like banks), or in charity (you don’t like b2b)

The author gets some moral and aesthetic pleasure from working in IT.
Unfortunately, without very good theoretical knowledge of some subject area (mathematics, physics), a diploma from a good university and luck, he will not find anything and will not program spaceships.
And since the author (judging by his questions) has an ordinary macaque technology stack, then his fate is not to squirm and work where 99% of IT people work, i.e. for the benefit of business, casinos and b2b. Even the Bank, for the development of Core, will not be allowed.

First, start providing for yourself and your family in a socially significant way - these people are part of society, they also need help. And then it will be possible to think about everyone else - you can, for example, monthly transfer some amount to charity.
In general, almost any legal activity can be dragged through in one way or another into socially significant ones.
