Should I indicate technologies in skills that I did not use in work projects?

Hello.
I had a problem while writing my resume. The range of technologies that I used directly in working projects is quite limited. For example, at work, we didn't do projects using ASP .NET MVC and Entity Framework. It happened. But in projects that I do for the purpose of self-study in my personal time, this is used. Those. it turns out that I am more or less able to handle these things, but I have no experience in using this stuff in serious, commercial projects. Should I include the above technologies in skills or not?

In my opinion, you just need to indicate not what you generally dealt with at work, but what you understand well enough to effectively use this technology in commercial development.
Where did you acquire these skills is a secondary question.
