What should a senior backend developer know/be able to do?
Hello, I would like to hear the opinion of seniors and hrs about what knowledge a backend developer should have (I have a node.js + go stack). Interested in exactly what skills/experience make a seigneur a seigneur.

Here was an article on Habré about a development plan , of course it is simplified, but with a certain point of assumptions it will make you a middle. So a senior is a middle who became a manager. Therefore, all the knowledge of the middle + management of people, business, etc. Must begin to understand how to steer all this and how to communicate with programmers directly. The next level (in many campaigns, de facto or de jure, this is it) is CTO.
As I see it from my position as a junior: Offhand
:
1) Detailed expertise of technologies related to the subject area of the project and its target platforms. After all, a senior not only has to develop cool on certain technologies - he, in fact, determines which technologies will be used on the project, taking into account many factors.
2) Complete removal of technological risks. This, in general, follows from the first. Senior can always foresee possible problems even before the start of project development and communicate this in detail in an intelligible form to the customer / management.
3) The ability to effectively set tasks for the developers of your team. Basically, the ability to lead.
4) The ability to effectively share rich experience with members of your team. That is, to be a wise and sensitive mentor for younger colleagues.
It seems that real senior developers go from 10-12 years of work experience.
It is not knowledge per se.
This is a way of thinking.
PS:
Even if you are a genius, then in less than 7 years to become a real senior - do not count. And most likely - it will be 10 years of experience in the profession.
PPS:
Although now there is a shortage of personnel and even juniors are those. leads
