How do I make my laptop use a different graphics card?

My laptop has 2 graphics cards
AMD R7 M260
and
AMD HD 8610G
Heroes of the Storm and other games use AMD HD 8610G
how do I make it use AMD R7 M260 ?
Drivers are installed on both video cards (the latest version)
