Max temperature of the video card is 81 degrees, is this normal?

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB. It heats up to a maximum of 81 degrees. With ultra settings in demanding games (Worl of Tanks. PUBG, GTA 5, etc.) it's all at maximum speed, is this temperature normal?
16 GB RAM
Intel Core i5 - 7600 3.5 GHz
