How do I get paid for an oDesk hourly job?

Welcome all!
Completed my first simple order on oDesk. By mutual agreement, the project is closed, reviews are left. It was last night. The client is unable to pay for the transaction - he says that the project simply does not have a button like "Make a payment" and so on. There is only a "Pay Bonus" button. In total, the order hangs in my projects in this form with the status "Work in progress":

But the contracts say "Ended - Apr 21, 2015".
In the helpdesk it is written that they say all payments on the odeska are made at "Monday 12:00 am", but it is indicated that the payment must be in the "Pending" status.
Tell us what to do?
PS: Of course, I wrote to support - they haven't answered all day. In my experience, they can keep 2-3 days without an answer. That's why I duplicated it here - maybe it's nonsense at all.

if the hourly pay then the money will come only for 2 weeks on Wednesday
, that is, if you worked today, then the money will be in a week on Wednesday

As far as I remember, only the log time for the past week comes on Monday, then the client has some time to withdraw the payment if he is not satisfied, then billing from the client goes through and, in my opinion, only next week the money falls into the freelancer's account.
In the Odessa Help, this is described in detail with time diagrams, they must be read when registering on Odessa.
