How does FL team mode work?

The crux of the matter is this, the rules state that you cannot transfer your account to third parties. How do studios with more than one person working on an account deal with this issue? They recently introduced a function, a command, but it is not clear whether it will help.
ps I wouldn't even pay much attention, but more than once there are warnings about the account ban, but they are completely silent about the reason.

I don’t know about the others, but once I had to work like that. in the studio, only one person owned the account. we had a manager. further, the tasks are already packaged and transferred where necessary.
