I would like to know more: "How much exactly should I NOT earn?"
So much so that he had enough and did not have to think about money, but he could do what he loved.
Well, let's say a good programmer has a rate of 50 bucks per hour, in a month there are 172 working hours, total 50*172 = $8600
www.quora.com/What-is-the-average-billing-rate-for...
they write that programmers with 7 years of experience are around $50/hour. Permanently in the USA.
The figures above look very high ... In reality, someone may have $ 50 per hour, but hardly 172 hours per month :-))
IMHO of course
A freelance programmer should earn as much as his experience, diligence, and ability to negotiate with a client allow. By the way, it doesn't really depend on the platform.
With a relatively full employment (actually ~ 5 hours / day), I got ~ 60 tr., only in the Russian market, on not very large projects (shops, landing pages, something else). This is not an indicator, just personal statistics.
I want to freelance, but I want to count on 100 tr. with an average employment (20-30 hours a week) and 150 with a classical one of 40 hours a week. Otherwise, I don't want to freelance.
1000-1500 $ for 20-30 hour work week, 2000+ for 40 hour work week, depends on qualification
