How to cooperate with regular customers?

Guys, give some advice on working with regular customers. Most interested in the policy of payment for services. For example, I am engaged in web development. How can I make such pricing so that I feel good and the customer is satisfied? I am also very interested in what to do if some bugs appear .. Should I take money from the customer when they appear or include the possibility of their occurrence in the initial price of the project? And in general, tell us the details of payment, who has a good experience. Do you make any discounts or promotions for customers, etc.

Whatever price you set, it will not suit all the customers in the world. Focus on one that suits you, and with the proper level of work, there will be customers at any price.
Taking money to fix them, there is no development without bug fixes/refactoring.
This is not a market, what discounts? On the contrary, regular customers should regularly increase pay or give bonuses if you are a good developer of course. Otherwise, you will leave, and then he will again look for an intelligent dude among the Indians and schoolchildren for months.
Don't worry about it at all. If the client is set up for a short cooperation, no amount of hypnosis will force him to become permanent. If the quality of your work meets or exceeds his requirements, he will have no reason to look for another contractor for such tasks that have arisen in the future. At the end of the project, you can tell him something like: "Contact if you need help, and besides, I can do this and that."

I have pricing that works as you describe and clients pay for it.
Since I give the link and it's on my site - the moderators are constantly cutting these answers, I'm honestly a little outraged by this, but you know what to do.
UPD: I talked about this in detail on the spark https://spark.ru/startup/mjolnir/blog/32675/pravil...
