Freelance unscrupulous customer did not pay for the work, what to do?

Good day.
Please tell me, maybe someone has experience, an unscrupulous customer did not pay for the work.
Only an NDA was signed with the customer, the customer was a legal entity, there was an agreement for a rate of 600 rubles / hour, the order was almost completed, it took 18 hours, because of the crooked frontend, collaps did not turn off on the customer’s website, on this topic I said that I can’t fix it because you need to fix the entire curve of the frontend, which may lead to the fallback of js scripts, etc.
I fixed quite a few errors in the self-written terrible legacy code, corrected almost all the jambs in layout, on the note that I did not start sawing the frontend, because I understood that there was a lot of work and it would not be beneficial for the customer in relation to the TK, then the customer as the child accused me that he would have to look for a layout designer because of me and pay him money for finishing the collaps, I explained everything to the customer that his project had problems with the frontend and this would first need to be fixed, to which I was called an incompetent programmer, and they said that they could pay me no more than 500 rubles for such work, and I spent 18 hours on this horror, and the weekend was Sat-Sun, a little insulting because I took on this order and told my other customers that I would be busy.
The first call for agreeing on technical specifications and payment spoke on the speakerphone, and the last call where the customer says that I am to blame for his problems, and that he will not pay me at all for such work, the wife of the witness was nearby listening to my conversation with the customer on the speakerphone, there is also NDA signed by me and all correspondence from weblance to vatsap and messages.
Can you tell me if there is a possibility of contacting the prosecutor's office or department K? write an application to a legal entity, etc.

Hi, it’s a pity, of course, but such is life, I once lost 100k in a similar way, but I have already paid off many times over, because. since then there have been no more such cases. Consider these 10k rubles as gaining experience, in fact you bought this knowledge 10 times cheaper than me. Move forward, there are more opportunities. Calculate how many hours you will spend to get this money back and multiply by your bet, it's definitely not worth it.

Ahahahaha, especially in department K. They are the only ones to deal with. No, you are not going anywhere. In fact, you are illegal. You didn't make a deal. Sorry, sounds offensive - but you're a bit of a sucker. Only a person with a special mindset can sign an NDA without concluding a contract.
What can you do in this situation - accept it and learn this lesson for the future
This is all child's play. We need an agreement, and to the TK agreement, one of you must pay tax. And then the transaction will be considered legal. So far, I don't see any reason.
I see the situation like this, the customer thought and changed his mind, he doesn’t owe you anything

not so much for the experience
you can immediately see who did not work with Indians, Pakistanis, UAE, Romanians, CIS, Spaniards
I don’t know what country an individual, and not an organization, wants to "save" by tumble 3-5-10 times more work for the initially agreed the amount, even in the USA there are enough smart people, only a letter from an American lawyer sobers up,
but about the unfinished collapsa .... you, apparently, are really a non-professional: a professional puts a crutch, then takes a new crutch for its elimination, and so several times, because outwardly everything works, the customer is satisfied,
and the beauty of the code ... the euro is more beautiful, even without a 500 euro note

We in the company are constantly working in stages.
I did, for example, part of the layout, money was transferred to you. I did the backend part, the money was transferred.
Much safer and sobering up customers.

- Is there an agreement?
- There is no contract.
- Let's goodbye.
No, of course you can write anything anywhere. Only the conversation will be about the same as above. There is no contract and "I am Pahom and you are Pahom and there is no debt on anyone." You will first need to prove that you worked for this uncle at all, and the uncle promised to give money. And the uncle will say "I don't know who it is, I didn't order anything, I didn't pay anything" - that's all.
Working without a contract is so... high-risk... Konstantin B. is absolutely right.

Do you have a recording of your desktop or any other evidence that you really messed around in legacy for 18 hours? Yes, and they will help with it only in sportsloto.

18 hours is nothing, that's $150 on your hourly rate. Ridiculous amount. People, I in particular, lost much more in similar situations. No problem at all. Just accept that shit happens, that God sees everything, that everything returns like a boomerang, and you, too, someday will not pay extra to someone (just kidding). Seriously though: you lose somewhere, you find somewhere, I used to be overpaid out of the blue, so everything is okay. The time you spend on courts with an unclear outcome is better spent on earnings

Yes you wait!!!
Right now you will still find a couple of jambs, helpfully and without fail inform the customer about it, you will also owe him ...
This is all you need to know about the purity of the code in 2019 ...
