Your own small remote web studio, how?

I have some experience in development. There is a permanent job. I would like to have a small remote team for website development.
Interested in such questions:
1. Is it normal to "create" a web studio without an office, state of emergency, and similar things?
2. Is it possible to find orders for WP, layout, sites of medium complexity without a contract?
3. I worked in the same team remotely, there were 4 of them, I 5. There were orders, blogs, layout, online stores. I'm not sure that they had an office and contracts, but the orders were constantly. I mean that such a format is possible, I think ...
4. I can create a site for myself without any problems, i.e. web studios. But where to look for orders? Even 1-2 small orders per month would be enough for me to start, but steadily. Then you can already connect 1-2 people. I want to work without a rate, i.e. Collaborate with people on a project-by-project basis and remotely. I myself now work like that, only as an employee.
In general, after creating your studio portfolio site, what to do next, where to look for orders?
The format of a remote studio seems good to me, since there is a permanent job, but you don’t need to pay rent and so on. Even if there are no orders, it’s not scary either, there are no people at the rate and I have a permanent job, but I would like to increase profit due to such delegation (if there are more orders than I can do).

"I would like to have a small remote site development team."
But where to look for orders?

First learn to do the second, then start wanting the first.
The ability to do work and the ability to sell it are not connected in any way.

That doesn't work.
1) It is unrealistic to combine with a permanent job elsewhere. That is, it is possible, but for a very short time.
2) At the very beginning, there will be no stability. In the beginning it will be either dense or empty. After some time (it took me a year), regular customers will be recruited, who will give a stream (that is, it will be completely empty and will not be there for a long time, but fluctuations are still possible) orders.
3) A portfolio site can be done at the very end. For starters, good profiles on specialized sites will do.
3) "Even if there are no orders, it's not scary either, there are no people at the rate" This is the path to a fail. If people are counting on you, they are waiting for projects. because they need money .. I want to eat. If they do not count on you, then they have other things to do, which means that you cannot count on them, and as soon as an order appears, they can quite reasonably say that they are doing other things and there is no time for you.
Well, there are a lot of things that I learned from personal experience :)

You don't have any reason to create such a studio yet. It will be necessary to think about this when you cannot cope with the orders yourself and you will need to delegate.
Well, or make a website and pour a lot of money into advertising your studio.
ps the word "generally" does not exist. So, it doesn't exist at all. There is "in general" and "in general".

Where to look for freelance jobs?

It will be difficult to combine with the main job, first of all, learn to sell your services, that is, find a market for your services. the team can be remotely freelanced, an office is not required.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
