How do I check the compatibility of my SSD slot?
Here are screenshots of what AIDA64 showed:
And here are the connectors on the motherboard:
1. I understand that the DVD interface is soldered on my SATA1 drive?
2.and the HDD works in SATA2, so the SSD will be in SATA2?
Is 3.12000 IOPS normal for this SSD? https://www.ulmart.ru/goods/3663629#tab-properties
4.and do I need such an adapter? https://www.ulmart.ru/goods/354243
PS. I'm thinking of replacing the current HDD with an SSD, and the HDD with a DVD.
Will I have a norm or not? Thanks for answers!

1) soldered SATA - all 3 versions of the interface are physically identical. What version of the interface is provided by the controller - a question for the controller. But I don't remember chipsets that would provide only one port of a higher standard, and the rest - of a younger one. Usually they put at least in pairs. Well, I very much doubt that your machine is so ancient that it has only SATA I for DVD, this piece of iron should already be at least 10 years old.
2) not a fact. Question for the controller. There may be SATA III with a host interface, limited to a drive up to SATA II
3) shit, but look at the budget. After a 5400rpm drive, any SSD will be an incommensurable breakthrough.
4) yes, specify only the height of your DVD drive (in the product reviews they remind you)
According to the SATA standard, don't bother. It plays a role only for linear speeds, such as copying a 10GB archive or disk image of some kind. For a system disk, linear speeds are needed much less often, and on random access, even reaching 150 MB / s of the SATA I standard is the lot of rare top-end disks.
All existing implementations of SATA are compatible with each other, regardless of generation. The device will operate in the mode of the minimum version of the two (controller and drive).
